Colivioo is a rental and co-living marketplace owned and operated by Bontal LLC, where you can browse rooms, find roommates, form teams, and list property.

Register with email or sign in with Google. Email verification unlocks all features.

Browsing, applying, roommate profiles, and listing up to 5 rooms on a single property are free. Paid plans (Pro, Agent) unlock unlimited properties and analytics. View Pricing options here.

Use the search bar on the homepage, or navigate to Listings. Filter by location, budget, room type, property type, and more. MRT filters are available in Singapore.

The Map page shows active listings in your selected market. Click a pin to see details and, in Singapore, nearby MRT stations.

Open a listing detail page and click 'Apply.' You can write a personal message. The lister reviews and accepts/declines.

Yes. Create or join a team, then submit a Team Application from the listing detail page.

Go to Dashboard (applicant mode) or the My Applications page to see your application status (Pending, Accepted, Declined).

Only if the lister's contact preferences allow it, and only after you choose to apply. You control what you share.

Click 'List Property' in the navbar. Follow the multi-step form: property details, room details, pricing, preferences, contact preferences, and photos.

Property type & address, room type & furnishing, price & availability, tenant preferences, how applicants can reach you, and media uploads.

Yes for one property with up to 5 rooms. Agents and portfolio landlords can upgrade via the Pricing page.

Go to Dashboard (lister mode). Each listing shows its applications. You can accept or decline and leave a response.

Yes. Navigate to My Properties, select the property, and edit or remove individual listings.

On the property management page, use the Managers section to invite another user by email. (Agent tier required for multiple properties).

Create a roommate profile with your lifestyle habits, budget, location preferences, and more. Browse other profiles on the Roommates page.

About you (age, gender, occupation, nationality), lifestyle habits (sleep schedule, cleanliness, cooking, pets, smoking), budget & timing, and location preferences.

View their profile and use the provided contact method (if they've shared one).

Buy, sell, or give away items (furniture, electronics, clothing, etc.) within the community.

Click 'Create' on the Marketplace page. Fill in title, description, category, condition, price, contact method, and upload photos.

Go to 'My Marketplace' from the dashboard or account menu. You can edit or remove items.

Teams let you group up with friends or fellow roommate-searchers and apply for listings together as a unit.

Go to the Teams page and click 'Create Team.' Give it a name and description, then invite members via a shareable link.

Use the invite link shared by a team creator, or navigate to Teams > Join.

Yes. Disbanded teams appear with a 'Recreate' option on the Teams page.

Go to Account > Profile to edit your name, phone number, and other details.

Go to Account > Security and use the Change Password form.

Yes. In ChatGPT or Claude, add https://mcp.colivioo.com/mcp as a connector. You can then ask for rooms near an MRT station, within a budget, or similar to one you like, and browse the Marketplace.

Not to search. Searching rooms and the Marketplace, looking up places and checking train alerts work without signing in. To apply, message, save rooms or see roommate matches, the assistant asks you to sign in to Colivioo and approve it.

See your name and email; see, send and withdraw your applications; read your conversations and send messages in them; see and change your saved rooms and the travel times from them to your saved places; see your roommate profile and others', like or pass on them and see your matches; and see your own listings and the applications on them. It cannot pay for anything, change your settings or delete your account. We remove phone numbers, emails and messaging handles we can detect from what it sees.

Go to Account > Security and choose Disconnect next to the assistant under ChatGPT and Claude. It loses access straight away.

Listers control contact sharing per listing. Applications go through the platform, not direct unsolicited contact.
